Have you experienced overwhelm, stress, cravings, irregular cycles, difficulties sleeping, dragging energy and/or struggles with weight loss? Well, all of those are just part of the hormonal changes we endure as we get older in the lovely years leading up to and during menopause.
To help balance our hormones, I fully believe in the benefits of good nutrition, but sometimes it's hard to get in all the vitamins and minerals our bodies need to run at their best. Even as a nutrition coach, I know in reality that I don’t always get what I need, so I make it a point to include daily vitamins to help.
Because I'm often asked what I think about certain vitamins or supplements, I thought I'd share an update on what I personally am taking now. I've tried to simplify my daily regimen as much as possible, and these days it's just so convenient to order everything on Amazon... So, of course, this is where I get them from. :)
The five vitamins are:
1. A quality Multivitamin
2. Vitamin D3 + K2
3. Vitamin C
4. Calcium D-Glucarate
5. Ashwaganda
