TUSHY PROBLEMS:

Long periods of sitting = Less glute activation.

If you don't use your butt muscles (glutes) on a regular basis, they can actually get "amnesia" and forget how to work effectively. If you look behind you and it looks like a flat pancake, you need to build those muscles.  In addition, if you squeeze your butt as hard as you can, you should be able to feel the muscles working. If you don't... well it's also time to get to work. :)
